    Choosing a bedtime that fits your baby’s natural rhythm helps create consistency. Most babies do well with a bedtime between 6:30–8:00 PM.

    Tip: Pay attention to your baby’s sleepy cues—yawning, eye rubbing, fussiness—so you don’t miss their ideal sleep window.
